“If you can’t figure out your purpose, figure out your passion. For your passion will lead you right into your purpose.”
T.D. Jakes
Licensed Associate Counselor-21690
While doing pastoral counseling at a local church located in Marana, Gabe discovered a passion and a calling to pursue counseling as a profession. Upon completing his M.A. in Clinical and Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University, he discovered three things about his life:
1. Greater insight regarding his struggle with anxiety since he was a kid and how to overcome it as an adult
2. How valuable it would’ve been to have had a therapist while he was a business owner to have managed his internal struggles in a healthier manner
3. Unless you grew up in a perfectly healthy home, there are likely triggers and coping mechanisms that interfere with a healthy marriage
Certified Clinical Trauma Professional
While there are a variety of therapeutic approaches available, the types Gabe more often utilizes include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Attachment Theory, Narrative Therapy, and Mindfulness techniques.
When Gabe is not working, he enjoys the following activities with his wife and kids: going to the gym, biking, hiking, off-roading, and camping.
