How to know if you need therapy right now

How do you know if you need therapy? I want to help you gain clarity at this very moment.

First, think about the struggle you’re experiencing. Go ahead and just sit with it for a couple of seconds. Did you notice any type of discomfort? It may have shown up as a sensation in your body or overwhelming types of thoughts in your head.

What you just experienced is likely a sample of what you’ve been dealing with on a daily or weekly basis.

Now, I want you to consider how your thoughts and emotions have altered your behavior toward self, others, or the world.

In regards to yourself, are you operating with high anxiety and approaching burnout? Or do you feel beat down with a heavy sense of hopelessness?

In regards to others, are you short and irritated…or perhaps you’re shutting down and avoiding people?

In regards to the world, maybe it feels like too much or even pointless to engage in.

If any of what I said resonates with you, I provide free phone consultations to help determine if setting up a first time session - with no obligation - is right for you.
